1) How satisfied are you with your chosen applicant? absolutely. She had large shoes to fill since our last nanny had been with us for eight years and was really part of the family. Brona has fit in very well and the kids really like her. She is kind, honest, and hardworking, with a great sense of humour and an easygoing manner. 2) Were you satisfied with our services? yes. The process was simple and straightforward and very professional. 3) Would you recommend our services? without hesitation. I already have. 4) Would you hire a nanny through ABC Nannies Canada Inc again? i would definately use your agency again. In terms of who we would hire, it would have to be the right person, but we would definately call ABC again. Thanks again!

Maria has worked out VERY WELL with my father and she's become part of the family!! Maria notices things that need attending to, mentions them and happily takes care of it, if she's able; she's a great cook and cleans up right afterwards, without being asked; her domestic cleaning is good; she's always happy, very personable, attentiveness, punctual; she loves the grandchildren and she enjoys chit chatting or playing cards/games/crosswords with dad; she follows directions well and she's a pretty good driver; she keeps her own schedule for chores to be done and doesn't require reminding ... as my dad says, "she's a good girl"!! As to your agency's service, you were great! Most importantly, you did not send us every candidate under-the-sun to have their files reviewed or to be interviewed. You did the job you were hired to do (not like many other agencies), you took the time to match our needs with those of the candidates before you presented them, you followed up and helped wherever you could to speed up the flow of information, answer questions or forward the necessary documents. I would be happy to recommend your services, and already have, to friends that require domestic care services. We would most definitely hire a nanny through your agency again ... but hopefully, it won't be anytime soon, we like Maria too much!

We are very pleased with Lea, she is a great asset to our family. We love and treat her as part of our family. She is very hard working, loving,caring and,honest. I would recommend a live-in care giver over day care, any day. My mother has hired a live-in caregiver through ABC nannies as well, for my Grandmother.
In a stressful time of transition, was provided with a personal touch to provide me with reassurance and confidence that the solution was at hand.
1) Where you satisfied with our services? Yes. You have a very good seclection of nannies on your website and you were very prompt in your assistance to us. 2) Would you recommend our services? Yes. Again because of the calibre of nanny you seem to have on your roster. Comments: We would have liked some further assistance with the visa situation. It has taken much much longer for our nanny to get her change in visa for nannying than anticipated. It is a very inefficient process and I would advise you to find out more for your potential employers on this changeover. It has been a great source of frustration and some inconvenience and if there is anyway the nanny agency could assist in moving this process forward, it would be very helpful. On that note, we are more than pleased with our Mary Poppins. We could not ask for a better nanny but we also know that these kinds are very few and far between and we lucked out. All the best, Jana. My nanny has been absolutely wonderful so I definitely thank you for helping us find each other. I found the web page very useful and once I contacted ABC the reply was very quick which is most appreciated.
I was very satisfied with the services I received from ABC Nannies. In fact, I dealt with two other agencies whose services did not match the calibre of ABC Nannies. Jana was very knowledgeable and extremely patient when it came to all of the questions I had for her. Finding suitable childcare can be daunting, but with Jana's help we were able to secure a friendly, helpful and loving nanny for our children. I have already referred Jana to a number of individuals and would definately use her again in the future.
