I have been extremely satisfied with the care worker your agency has provided us with. She is honest, hard working, polite and thoughtful at all times. My elderly mothers seems very at ease with her and happy in her presence. I also appreciate the fact that your agency takes the time to contact us on regular occasions to see if things are going well. The first nanny we hired from the paper did not work out at all. We only had her for a week and a half. The nanny hired through ABC is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer women to care for our kids. Obviously the agency did a thorough screening before sending her name our way

Availability of mature, experienced nannies with proficient English was limited at the time that I was looking. Your responses were timely and your manner, businesslike. In the end, I found what I was looking for, but I had to sift through quite a few resumes and interviews to find the right match.
We were very satisfied with your service. We were very pleased with the response time on finding potential candidates and contacting them to arrangement for a meeting. Furthermore, I also liked that I could search the database for potential candidates (letting me cull through the information for good matches). I would definitely hire someone through ABC Nannies as our current nanny has become an integral person in our household. The kids love her and miss her when she isn't around. Furthermore, she has developed an excellent rapport with us and has helped us in reducing the amount of things we need to do (other than tend to the kids) when we arrive.
Our nanny is like a member of the family. Our daughter loves her and looks forward to spending time with her each day. Our nanny is very diligent and performs all of her tasks with care and attention. Recently, our nanny was married and our daughter was a flower girl in the wedding party - this has worked out great!
It has been a great experience working with Jana McDermott at ABC Nannies. She is the best in following up and matching the needs of nannies and families. When the nanny we chose could not obtain her visa, Jana was swift in finding a new nanny for us and following up not only until the nanny's arrival but until things are working out smoothly for her and for us. Over all I am quite satisfied. Maria has been excellent with the children which, of course, is the single most important criteria. She is a little weak on cooking and nutrition but seems willing to learn.
We've been extremely happy with our nanny. My only suggestions would be for more support for the nannies once they arrive and if there are any problems with their employment. Some information (for us) at the beginning describing the process and what's going to need to be done would also have been very much appreciated. Continuing support regarding renewal of work permits would be helpful!
